Your Guide to Smarter Money
WealthGrid Hub makes personal finance easy to understand. We provide free calculators, simple guides, and clear explanations — no jargon, no complexity, just practical money know-how.
Why WealthGrid Hub Exists
Managing personal finances can feel overwhelming with all the changing rules around taxes, retirement, and investing. WealthGrid Hub was created to make sense of it all — with free tools, clear guides, and explanations that anyone can understand.
Our mission is simple: free personal finance education for everyone. We gather the latest data from the IRS, Federal Reserve, and other official sources — then turn it into easy-to-use calculators and guides. No jargon, no complexity, just practical money know-how.
The idea for WealthGrid Hub came from a simple observation: most financial content falls into two extremes — either too basic to be useful or too complex to be actionable. We wanted to bridge that gap by providing accurate, well-researched information presented in plain English, with real-world examples that help people make better financial decisions every day. From retirement planning to tax strategies, every guide and tool is built with the user's understanding as the top priority.
Our Core Principles
Every decision we make — from data sourcing to UI design — is governed by four free principles:
Primary Source Only
All tax brackets, contribution limits, and regulatory data are sourced directly from IRS publications, Federal Reserve bulletins, and official government data feeds — no secondary speculation.
Browser-First Calculator Privacy
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers. We use cookies for site operation and advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accurate & Updated
Our calculators are updated whenever tax brackets, retirement limits, or other key numbers change. We use real data so you get real answers.
About the Founder
Hassan Shahid
Personal Finance Researcher & Educator
WealthGrid Hub is created by Hassan Shahid. I am not a certified financial planner, investment advisor, or tax professional. I am someone who spent years teaching myself about personal finance — from tax brackets and retirement accounts to compound interest and index investing — and wanted to share what I learned in a way that actually makes sense.
Like most people, I started my financial journey with more questions than answers. How do tax brackets actually work? Should I use a Roth IRA or a traditional one? What is a 401(k) match and why does everyone make such a big deal about it? I read IRS publications, studied the tax code, learned how Social Security calculates benefits, and built calculators to help myself understand the numbers. Eventually, friends and family started asking me to explain these topics — and WealthGrid Hub grew out of those conversations.
Everything on this site is based on primary sources: IRS forms and publications, Federal Reserve data, SEC filings, and Treasury guidelines. I do not give personalized financial advice — I simply explain how the rules work and provide free tools so you can run the numbers yourself. Every calculator processes data in your browser, nothing is stored on any server, and there is no paywall. My goal is simple: make financial information accessible to anyone who wants it.
